This is a fundraising system provided by @pennsif to raise funds for the Steem Schools Solar PV project organised by @ubongudofot and @steemelectricals.
If you would like to help install Solar PV systems to provide electricity for schools in Nigeria (and potentially across Africa) you can sponsor one or more cells at 5 STEEM per cell.
The current school project will have 4 solar panels installed. Each panel has 72 cells.
The total funds needed for the panels on this school project will be 1440 STEEM (4 x 72 x 5).
All sponsorship monies from this system are currently going to the @solarsteem account, but once the system is fully operational this will be swapped to the @steemelectricals account run by @ubongudofot for the schools PV project.
When making a sponsorship you will be asked for your Active Key - but this key is only used in your browser to sign the transaction, and is not transmitted in any way, or stored locally, and is not held or collected by the sponsorship system.
